For the transfer into practice, we work according to the 70-20-10 model. In our ‘learning track’ we alternate learning from the expert with learning on the job and learning from peers. With challenges we activate people to put new skills into practice. For e-learning we work together with various parties.

We offer a variety of open enrollment and incompany learning tracks. A learning tracks consists of 1,5 day training and 6 on the job challenges.
