WHY

Wij van Jobtraining zijn ervan overtuigd dat plezier werkt. Want geluk is bepalend voor succes. Geluk ontstaat wanneer je jezelf ontwikkelt vanuit je kracht. Wanneer je vrijheid ervaart en je verbindt met anderen. Dit geldt voor wat je ook doet of nastreeft. Wij helpen je graag dit geluk te vinden en zo te groeien.

HOW

Wij geloven in leren door te doen. Experimenteren, proberen en daarvan leren. Daarom verzorgen wij classroom trainingen in combinatie met on the job challenges, dit noemen wij de learning track.

WHAT

Wij hebben 18 trainingen in 3 ontwikkelgebieden; Communication skills, Future skills en Leadership & Teamskills. Deze worden ingezet als leeraanbod voor academies van bedrijven of bij een specifieke ontwikkelvraag.

The learning track

We believe in learning by doing. Experimenting, trying and learning from it. That’s why we offer classroom training, paired with on the job challenges. Challenges are short active assignments which challenge you to put newly acquired behaviour to practice and maintain it.

Step 1 - Learn from the expert and practice skills

Focus on mindset, theory and practicing skills

Step 2 - Learn by doing

Short digital assignments to experience new skills in your everyday practice. Six weeks: one challenge per week

Step 3 - Learn from each other

Deepening and maintaining new behaviours through practice, and sharing experiences

 

TEAM

Our trainers are our pride: fast thinkers and enthusiastic action-oriented game-changers who possess years of experience. We work with trainers who have successfully completed a certified trainer/coach program and who have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience. We invest in continuous learning and development through inter-vision sessions and feedback. Our trainers score an average of 8.5 in performance ratings.

The most important characteristic of their approach is their strong translation of the training sessions into the working practice of the participants. In addition, they are swift in creating a safe atmosphere. Their practical approach and enthusiastic way of training immediately makes participants want to put the provided lessons in practice.
