What can you expect from this DISC Training?

  • DISC: as start of the training you will be offered a test for DISC behavioural styles. This is a personality analysis which shows your preferred style, which gives an insight into your communication and behaviour.
  • Your DISC-style you explore your own behavioural style and become aware of your strengths and pitfalls in communication and collaboration. This increases your self-insight and helps you reflect on your qualities and concerns in which you may further develop yourself, from your own style.
  • Interaction with other colours: you pair your preferred behaviour with the styles of others, and obtain an insight into the way your style connects best with these. As such, you will be able to react to the preferences of, and difficulties in, others with more ease. You also increase your ability to empathize and your understanding, thus enabling easier communication and collaboration with others.
