What can you expect from this training?

  • Your mind: you primarily look at your ways of thinking (convictions and assumptions) and how these either help or sabotage in the way you feel work-pressure. You make a personal energy-workplan, which you fill in in a step-by-step fashion, during the training, in order to introduce more balance in your day.
  • Your energy: you will come into physical action and discover the significant influence of physical energy on the brain. You will do mindfulness exercises and will feel more relaxed, instantaneously.
  • Your environment: learn how to design your environment in such a way, that it will give energy instead of taking it. You learn how to increasingly become owner of your activities and how to set priorities throughout your working day.

Working mindfully through time-management and focus

Druk zijn werkt verslavend, maar is niet productief en zelfs ongezond. Een over- load aan informatie, strakkere deadlines en minder rusttijd zorgen ervoor dat we onszelf uit het oog verliezen. Ons werk gaat sneller, maar onze hersenen ontwikkelen niet zo snel mee. Dit gaat ten koste van ons werk en onze gezond- heid. Belangrijke kwaliteiten voor werknemers zijn dan ook focus en aandacht.

Hoe kun je je met aandacht op de juiste dingen richten om zo uiteindelijk juist meer tijd te besparen en beter werk te leveren? In de Mindful at work training leer je jouw energie in balans te brengen om zo jouw persoonlijke effectiviteit, werkkwaliteit en werkplezier te vergroten.

Your learning track

The training in a classroom setting is paired with challenges. This is what we call a learning track. Challenges are short active assignments, which you will receive after the training and which help you in practicing your new behaviour.
