If you are not satisfied with a workshop or training, you can contact Renske Roet via e-mail or via the contact form below. You will always receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint by e-mail within two working days.
Your complaint will then be processed within two weeks. This is done confidentially. If more time is required for handling your complaint, you will be notified.
If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have dealt with your complaint, you can contact Joke Bergshoeff for independent complaint handling. The decision that is then taken is binding on both of us.
Your complaint and the method of handling will be registered and stored for 5 years.
