Learn the basics of agile work during the Agile Essentials training

Developments are going faster and faster and the growing demand for innovation remains. If you want to come along and be successful, this requires an agile mentality; quicker shifts, short and transparent project loops and getting better at what you do. Process agreements help you to work together in a structured and effective way in this agile working environment.

What can you expect from this training?

AGILE

You gain an energetic and active insight into the agile way of working. You gain insight into Kanban’s theory and scaling models such as Spotify, LeSS and Scrum of Scrums.

ROLES

You discover the different roles such as product owner and scrum master within an agile working environment. In a simulation you experience together with colleagues the importance of setting the right priorities.

FUTURE

You practice personal practical examples from your work and brainstorm with colleagues about your desired agile work process or environment. You organize tips & tricks and plan specific actions.
