You reflect on yourself, your communication style and your wishes and intentions for the development interview. How do you want to happen and what do you want to achieve? What are your own points for attention when conducting development interviews?

SKILLS

You learn conversation techniques that you can apply in a development interview. You get concrete tools and tips to use in your own situation and to make your development interview run more effectively.

PRACTICE

You practice development discussions together with a professional training actor. You bring in individual issues and you learn from each other. To learn by practise; practice makes perfect.
