The demand for enterprising employees is increasing. Fast and creative thinkers who can put their ideas into action immediately. An enterprising professional sees and seizes opportunities and thus helps himself and his organization. Entrepreneurship starts with knowing what you need to be successful. From here you take the initiative: you take action to improve things, instead of waiting. You will experiment and learn from it. In this training you build on an entrepreneurial attitude and you develop the skills that go with it.

What can you expect from this training?

MINDSET

What is Ownership? What does that look like? You do the proposition game about ownership to hear different examples, opinions and ideas about this and you investigate how this competence is visible and desirable in the organization.

BEHAVIOUR

What stops you? You reflect on obstructive thoughts and on the behavior that you do / do not show. You explore your possibilities in the circle of influence; what can I not influence and what can I do? What do you feel resistance to and why? You look at how you can change behavior, what is needed for this and how you can build in reminders for yourself so that you can make other, new behavior your own.

PRACTICE

How do you take control? You make a plan for your development on the competence ownership and receive tips on how to work on this in your daily work.

Your learning track

The classroom training is combined with challenges. We call this a learning track. Challenges are short-term assignments that you receive after the training and that help you practice new behavior in practice. 6 weeks, 1 challenge every week.
