What can you expect from this training?
MINDSET
You start with a playful exercise in which you gain insight into the way you give and receive feedback. You map your thresholds for feedback and you see how the organizational culture influences this. You discover what feedback you can provide. Together you think about the ideal feedforward culture in which you can experiment and make mistakes.
CONCRETE PLAN
You get started with a concrete step-by-step plan that helps you to provide Feedforward. What are the conditions for a good feedforward conversation? You become acquainted with the Lencioni pyramid and you discover the importance of trust as a basis for feedback.
YOUR PRACTICE
You practice feed forward conversations with a professional training actor. You apply the tips to situations from your own work.
