Insight into own behavior and then from others

Every person is unique and communicates in his own way. So it’s not strange that this sometimes clashes. Research shows that behavior can be classified into personality styles. If you have insight into your own preferred behavior and know how to coordinate this well with the people around you, you can communicate and collaborate more effectively. You get to know yourself better and find out why we do things the way we do.

Choose from two instruments to map behavior:

Facet5: personality analysis with a strong scientific basis. Discover how you score on: willpower, energy, affection, control and emotionality.

DISC: personality analysis based on the 4 DISC factors: Dominant, Influential, Stable and Conscientious. The DISC descriptions for these factors provide insight into your behavior and communication in understandable language.

What can you expect from this training?

QUESTIONNAIRE

At the start of the training you must complete a DISC or Facet5 questionnaire. This is a personality analysis that shows your preferred style that provides insight into your communication and behavior.

YOUR CONDUCT STYLE

You delve into your own behavioral style and become aware of your strengths and pitfalls in communication and cooperation. This increases your self-insight and helps you to reflect on your qualities and points of attention in which you can further develop yourself from your own style.

INTERACTION WITH OTHERS

You link your preferred behavior to the styles of others and you gain insight into how your style fits in best with this. This makes it easier to respond to the preferences and troubles of others. You also increase your empathy and understanding, making it easier for you to communicate and collaborate with others.

Your learning track

The classroom training is combined with challenges. We call this a learning track. Challenges are short-term assignments that you receive after the training and that help you practice new behavior in practice.
