Body Language Training
Strengthen your posture and improve your appearance
How you come across to others depends to a large extent on your attitude and appearance. But this is often unconscious. Do you know what you radiate and would you like to receive honest feedback on this? If you understand that at least 90% of our communication is determined by non-verbal communication, then you understand the importance of your body language in conversations or presentations.
Understanding your non-verbal behavior makes you more confident and reinforces your impression on others. If you can read body language, this increases your empathy. As a result, you feel better what the best way is to respond to a situation. Learn body language to communicate purposefully.

- You have insight into your attitude and appearance
- You know how to present yourself more powerfully in a way that suits you
- You know how to read non-verbal messages from others

Meet your trainer
10 years ago Martha thought: how serious have I become? Then you can wait until your life becomes more enjoyable, but Martha likes action. In the US she participated 3 times in the "Humor & Creativity" congress. There she was convinced of the positive effects of humor in life and work. She developed the Humor Workshop and introduced it in the Netherlands. Martha was educated at the Hogeschool van de Kunsten in Utrecht as a speaker, trainer and theater teacher. She has been providing training, kick-offs and Humor Workshops for 20 years. She also speaks at symposia and congresses and shares her knowledge in TV and radio programs.
