Body Language Training
Strengthen your posture and improve your appearance
How you come across to others depends to a large extent on your attitude and appearance. But this is often unconscious. Do you know what you radiate and would you like to receive honest feedback on this? If you understand that at least 90% of our communication is determined by non-verbal communication, then you understand the importance of your body language in conversations or presentations. Understanding your non-verbal behavior makes you more confident and reinforces your impression on others. If you can read body language, this increases your empathy. As a result, you feel better what the best way is to respond to a situation. Learn body language to communicate purposefully.

Pitfalls of observing
You gain insight into the pitfalls our perception has. Think about how easily you put other people in a “box”.
6X SPEAK WITH YOUR BODY
During this part you learn with which forms of body language you communicate. Here theory is combined with various exercises.
You put into practice what you have learned and you practice this in triples.
Finally, you put together a plan for yourself to continue improving your body language based on what you have learned.

We believe in learning by doing. Experiment, try and learn from it. That is why we provide this training in combination with on the job challenges.
