Job profile Learning Consultant

  • You are proactive in relationship management and after-sales
  • You are responsible for answering information and quotation requests
  • You have a network in Learning & Development
  • You make a match between customer demand and our learning solutions and trainers
  • You independently develop training programs and products
  • You are (partly) responsible for the (further) development of our standard training offer
  • You are responsible for independently managing projects for the customer (think of: intake interviews, making quotations, coordination with the customer and trainers and sometimes being present as a point of contact, evaluation)
  • You have sufficient knowledge of behavioral psychology to adapt our programs to a tailor-made customer demand

  • Completed HBO-WO education (Social Psychology – Applied Psychology – HRM – Work & Organizational Psychology)
  • Demonstrable commercial and development work experience
  • At least 7 years of work experience in Learning & Development
  • In possession of a driver’s license
