StrengthsFinder
Prior to Strenghtsfinder team building training, the entire team takes the Buckingham & Clifton Strengthsfinder test. Everyone discovers his or her 5 most distinctive talents.

Your talent
During the training, participants combine their unique talents with insights about their lives. What things do you do naturally and make you happy? Self-insight is necessary to reach your full potential.

Teambuilding
Now that everyone knows their talent, we zoom in on the team. What tasks do you do at work? How do your talents show up? What do colleagues see about you? What is your pitfall or challenge?

Team talent plan
Finally, you will work on a team talent plan. You will learn to work from your collective strengths. How do you as a team concretely use your talents to achieve goals?

Your learning track
