Learn to put yourself down as a role model with a growth mindset. Dare to make yourself vulnerable, give appreciation and use your empathy. You will also learn about application of LSD in conversations

Your practice
You practice coaching conversations together with a professional training actor. You bring in difficult situations from your work practice. We will learn by doing. That means, specifically, making mistakes and learning from each other.

Your learning track
