If you are not satisfied with a training course, you can contact Renske Roet via e-mail or via the contact form below. You will always receive confirmation of receipt of your complaint by e-mail within two working days.

Your complaint will then be dealt with within two weeks. This is done confidentially. If more time is needed to deal with your complaint, you will be informed.

If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your complaint, you can contact Joke Bergshoeff for independent complaint handling. The decision then made is binding on Jobtraining. Any consequences will be dealt with within 30 days.

Your complaint and how it was handled will be recorded and kept for 5 years.
