Is the training in person or online?
For a standard training, day 1 is in person and day 2 is online. This can vary, and if so, you’ll be informed in good time.
What if I’m unavailable on one of the two training days?
Both training days are essential for achieving the learning objectives, so it’s important that you attend both. If you really can’t make it, please discuss it with your manager(s).
When do I receive a certificate for the training?
Once you’ve completed and checked off all the challenges, you’ll automatically receive your certificate by email.
What is a learning track?
A learning track is JobTraining’s training format, consisting of an intake, a preparatory challenge, two training days, 5 accompanying challenges, and an evaluation.
What are challenges?
Challenges are assignments that help you put what you learned on the first training day into practice. They encourage you to step out of your daily routine and set a positive behavioral change in motion.
I haven’t received a challenge — how do I get it?
You’ll receive the challenges by email. Sometimes they end up in your spam folder. Have you checked there and still can’t find them? Then please get in touch with us.
How do I complete challenges?
In the challenge email, click the button to open the challenge, then read and carry out the assignment. You check off the challenges on the site that opens.
Where do I need to go for the training?
Your team lead or contact person will send you the practical information about the training. If anything is unclear, please get in touch with us.
What should I bring to the training?
Your good mood and a healthy dose of curiosity.
I can’t attend day 2 — can I join another group?
Day 1 and day 2 of the training build directly on each other, so it’s not advisable to attend day 2 with a different group.
How do I cancel my attendance for a training?
Cancel with your manager and with JobTraining via info@jobtraining.nl or 020-4230603.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before the first training day.
For cancellations between 4 and 2 weeks before the first training day, 50% of the learning track will be invoiced.
For changes or cancellations less than 2 weeks before the first training day, 100% of the learning track will be invoiced.
The date of a learning track may be changed free of charge once, subject to the conditions above, provided the learning track is rescheduled within 6 months.
A second change will incur additional administrative fees.
Who is the trainer?
You’ll work with one of our expert trainers. These are trainers who have successfully completed a formal training-for-trainers qualification — a group of enthusiastic people who love nothing more than helping you develop. Their hands-on approach will make you eager to take action and set positive changes in motion. What’s more, they quickly create a safe atmosphere, so you can work on your personal growth with confidence.
What if the trainer is ill or unavailable?
In that case, we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. If that unexpectedly proves impossible, the training will be rescheduled to another time.
When can I expect the invoice?
When you confirm 1 or 2 learning tracks, you’ll receive the invoice for the total quoted amount two weeks before the first training day.
When you confirm more than 2 learning tracks, we invoice 50% of the total quoted amount after confirmation and 50% after the first training day has taken place.
We apply a payment term of 30 days.
How many people are in a training group?
A group consists of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 participants.
