In the Conflict Management training you will learn what options there are for resolving a conflict. You discover what your triggers are in conflict situations and how to deal with them properly. You learn how to identify the interests of your discussion partner. And how to adapt your approach accordingly. You can use successful strategies. And so ensure that you move towards – and not away from – each other as discussion partners. The result? A solution you came up with together. And one that feels right for both of you.
What can you expect from this training?

Conflict
What is a conflict? And how do you resolve it? You will discuss examples of conflicts in the organization where you work. Using the Thomas & Killman model, you will gain a better understanding of all the conflict styles out there.

Behavior & mindset
From various perspectives (including Roos van Leary | Fight – Flight – Freeze) you learn about your behavior and its effect in conflict situations. You learn how to positively influence the atmosphere in a conflict conversation. And how to help the other person move with you.

Tools
How do you explore interests during a negotiation? How do you deal with emotions in a conversation? And where (and how) do you draw a line? All the tools to deal with this are covered.

Practice
You practice difficult conversations together with a professional training actor. You immediately apply the skills to concrete situations from your work. You learn by experimenting and practicing in a safe environment.

Your learning track
