In this training, managers learn what workload does to their team physically and mentally. They learn to recognise stress signals earlier and talk about them, so they can guide their employees in dealing with work pressure. The result? A team that works together more effectively with more fun and satisfaction. Employees are healthier and more productive. They work with more balance and this has a positive effect on their results.

Your wellbeing
Managing stress in your team starts with yourself. How are you? How do you deal with stress? You recognize stress in yourself and your team members. You learn what stress does to you physically and mentally.

Your leadership style
To empower your team, you must first see how your team is in the game and what it needs. You’ll discover your preferred leadership style and which style helps in which situation.

Your conversation skills
You will learn how to start the conversation about workload and balance. You develop skills to have open conversations and offer support when balance is disrupted.

Your influence on the culture
You will learn about psychological safety and trust in a team and how you can be a role model in this, creating a plan for the well-being of your team to prevent stress and burnout.
