In this training we take the Strengthsfinder test. This will help you discover your strengths. Then we examine how you can further develop these points and make better use of them in your daily work.

Prior to Discover your talent with strenghtsfinder training, you will take the famous Buckingham & Clifton Strengthsfinder test. You will discover your 5 most distinctive talents.

Your talents
During the training you combine your unique talents with insights about your life. Which things do you do naturally and make you happy? Self-insight is necessary to realize your full potential.

Your work
Now that you know what your talents are, let’s zoom in on your environment. What tasks do you do at work? How do your talents emerge? Talents can be a pitfall: where is your challenge?

Your talents at work
Finally, you get to work on your personal talent plan. You will learn to work from your strengths. How will you use your talents to achieve your goals?

Your learning track
