Every person is creative. The first step? Realizing that you have this skill within you. You do assignments in which you discover your own creativity.

How does a creative process work? We’ll explore that together. Learn how to create openness and avoid ideakillers.

Learning Skills
Make new skills your own. This is how you get the most out of yourself and your creativity. You learn by doing. You will use and experience all the creative tools yourself.

Creating context
Make a connection to work practice. Where will you use your creativity? And how will you stimulate the rest of the team?

Your learning track
You only really learn something by doing it. Just by going for it. That is why we provide training in combination with on the job challenges. These are small hands-on assignments that initiate positive changes. So you immediately put into practice what you learn in the training.
Intake
You complete a digtial intake. The trainer will take your learning goals into consideration when preparing for the training.
Pre work
You already start at home or at work with an assignment. This will prepare you for the training.
