Entrepreneurial thinking
You will know the characteristics of an entrepreneurial employee and learn how to become more entrepreneurial. Why is it difficult to show entrepreneurship or initiative in your work? We reflect on that.

Entrepreneurial Doing
Entrepreneurship is seeing opportunities to grow and improve. Judgments don’t help you. Looking at things creatively is. You will learn 3 brainstorming techniques that you will immediately apply to a specific question. You will also think of one concrete action you will take to change something about your work situation.

Entrepreneurial learning
Learning, learning and more learning. You’re going to invest in developing your growth mindset. This is the positive belief that you are always evolving. You learn about jobcrafting: how to organize your work in a way that suits you. And you identify the people who can help you move forward.

Your learning track
You only really learn something by doing it. Just by going for it. That is why we provide training in combination with on the job challenges. These are small hands-on assignments that initiate positive changes. So you immediately put into practice what you learn in the training.

You complete a digtial intake. The trainer will take your learning goals into consideration when preparing for the training.

You already start at home or at work with an assignment. This will prepare you for the training.
