Presenting yourself more firmly and sticking well to your own desires and priorities is often difficult.Yet acting more assertively gives your self-confidence a huge boost. Becoming more assertive starts with being aware of your own behaviour. Then you can make better choices for yourself. We also address how you connect and communicate with others.

What can you expect from this training?

Boundaries & desires
You get to know your own limits. And you discover how these are linked to your values and desires. You’ll also learn what communication tools you can use to communicate your boundaries clearly.

Communication Tools
Learn different communication tools to get your message across clearly. This will help you get a better grip on challenging situations and feel stronger and more confident in your work.

Assumptions
What assumptions are you actually making? And what limiting thoughts do you have? You will learn how to “turn these around” so that opportunities and possibilities arise.

Practicing conversations
Practice assertive conversations with a professional training actor. Bring in difficult situations from your work. Discover what works best for you and refine the way you communicate.
