Delivering bad news or dealing with resistance. Those kinds of conversations are a challenge for many people. How do you deliver your message clearly, with an eye for emotions. Including your own. This is the training for anyone who wants to improve their conversation skills and keep control in difficult situations.

In this training you will learn to deal with resistance and discover how your own mindset influences it. How do you include your discussion partner in your vision? How do you deal with anger or sadness? How do you turn a conversation around? Questions we consider at length. You gain insight into your communication style and discover how to identify the needs of your discussion partner. This way, conversations lead to better cooperation and more satisfaction.
