This is the training for anyone who wants to improve their conversation skills and keep control in difficult situations.
In this training you will learn to deal with resistance and discover how your own mindset influences it. How do you include your discussion partner in your vision? How do you deal with anger or sadness? How do you turn a conversation around? Questions we consider at length. You gain insight into your communication style and discover how to identify the needs of your discussion partner. This way, conversations lead to better cooperation and more satisfaction.

Challenges
You will learn how to handle challenging situations, bad news conversations and conversations with emotion skillfully. You will learn what resistance is, how to recognize it in the other person and yourself, and how to deal with it properly.

Behavior & mindset
From various perspectives (including Rose of Leary | Transactional Analysis) you reflect on your own role in a conversation: what responsibility and actions can you take yourself in a difficult conversation situation?

Tools
How do you explore interests during a negotiation? How do you deal with emotions in a conversation? And where (and how) do you draw a line? All the tools to deal with this are covered.

Practice
You will practice challenging conversations with a professional training actor. Your learning needs determine what you do. You bring in difficult situations from your work practice. You will learn in a safe setting and discover what suits you best.

Your learning track
