Discover your strengths as a coach. And how to use that to guide others in a positive way. How do you handle difficult situations, for instance? Rising emotions or difficult decisions, for example?

What can you expect from this training?

You as a coach
You reflect on yourself, your wishes and your challenges. What do you find difficult in communication and what are your own areas of concern in conversations? You will learn how projection can influence your beliefs.

Intake interview and coach contract
You know how to do an intake with your coachee, what agreements to make and how to document this.

GROW model
You will learn to apply the 4-phase GROW method. By asking the right questions and providing structure, you will help your coachee to set a goal for themselves.

Coaching below the waterline
Is your coachee not moving? Then you can pay attention to the invisible “inner” behavior (think beliefs, norms and values).

Coach toolbox
Use the Disney model to get your coachee to think as a dreamer, realist and critic for better goals. Or use Dilts’ logical levels, which include six levels of thinking and learning. Your coachee’s level determines his developmental potential, which supports a focused coaching process.
