You know how to build a development conversation. From the purpose of the conversation to the different interests and needs. You’ll also know how to properly conclude the conversation. The result? Clear follow-up actions for those involved.

Activating a growth mindset in your employee is essential to having conversations about growth and development. You know that better than anyone else. From now on, you actively use LSD skills (listening, summarizing and questioning).

Your toolbox
You learn how to give feedback and compliments. You learn coaching conversation skills to help your employees grow. You’ll discover what questions to ask to help your employee set goals for themselves (GROW model).

Practicing conversations
You practice development conversations together with an experienced training actor. You bring in individual issues and learn from each other

Your learning track
