Every person is unique and communicates in their own way. Our behaviour can be categorised by personality styles. Understanding your own preferred behaviour is worth its weight in gold. Especially if you know how to adapt this to the people around you. As a team, this allows you to communicate and work together more effectively.
DISC is a personality analysis based on the 4 DISC factors: Dominant, Influential, Stable and Conscientious. DISC descriptions provide insight into your behaviour and way of communicating. In understandable language.
What can you expect from this training?

DISC Questionnaire
First, you fill out a DISC questionnaire. This is a personality analysis that reveals your preferred style. This provides insight into your communication and behavior.

Your DISC style
You delve into your own behavioral style. This makes you more aware of your strengths and pitfalls. This helps you reflect and further develop from your own style.

Interacting with others
You link your preferred behavior to the styles of colleagues. This will give you insight into how your style fits in best. Discover how you can communicate and collaborate with others more easily from more empathy and understanding.

Practice
You will practice different conversations with colleagues. We are going to learn by doing. That means, specifically, making mistakes and learning from each other.

Your learning track
You only really learn something by doing it. Just by going for it. That is why we provide training in combination with on the job challenges. These are small hands-on assignments that initiate positive changes. So you immediately put into practice what you learn in the training.
Intake
You complete a digtial intake. The trainer will take your learning goals into consideration when preparing for the training.

You already start at home or at work with an assignment. This will prepare you for the training.
