Feedback is more than just addressing behaviour. Constructive feedback helps accelerate your development, improve the working atmosphere and boost the quality of your work. We believe that an open culture is achieved when feedback is given and received every day. To achieve this, we make feedback accessible and fun.
What can you expect from this training?

Mindshift
You start with an exercise in which you gain insight into your way of giving and receiving feedback. You discover what feedback can bring you.

Feedback culture
You are introduced to the Lencioni pyramid and discover the importance of trust as a basis for feedback. Together you reflect on the ideal feedforward culture in which you are allowed to experiment and make mistakes.

Feedback steps
You will work with a concrete step-by-step plan that will help you give feedforward. You will learn what the conditions are for a good feedforward conversation.

Your practise
You practice feedforward conversations together with a professional training actor. You apply the tips to situations from your own work.

Your learning track
You only really learn something by doing it. Just by going for it. That is why we provide training in combination with on the job challenges. These are small hands-on assignments that initiate positive changes. So you immediately put into practice what you learn in the training.
Intake
You complete a digtial intake. The trainer will take your learning goals into consideration when preparing for the training.
Pre work
You already start at home or at work with an assignment. This will prepare you for the training.
