This training gives starting managers insight into their preferred leadership style and learns which style best suits different situations.
As a manager, you want to support your team and make them flourish. This requires attention and the right skills. Many managers grow without learning how to lead effectively. This training provides basic insights for novice managers, gives self-insight and helps them communicate better. This allows their teams to perform and flourish optimally.

You will be introduced to styles of leadership and consider which style best suits different work situations and employees on your team. What is your preferred leadership style?

You will learn how feedback, the Rose of Leary and the GROW model can help you grow your employee.

You will take action and practice difficult conversations. What situations do you encounter in your team and want to practice?

Your learning track
You only really learn something by doing it. Just by going for it. That is why we provide training in combination with on the job challenges. These are small hands-on assignments that initiate positive changes. So you immediately put into practice what you learn in the training.
Intake
You complete a digtial intake. The trainer will take your learning goals into consideration when preparing for the training.
Pre work
You already start at home or at work with an assignment. This will prepare you for the training.
