Everyone is busy. Or well, many Dutch people are busy. Almost 2.7 million workers face high work pressure. And stress is, according to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment, occupational disease number 1.
Being busy is addictive but unproductive and even unhealthy. With an information overload, tighter deadlines and less rest time, we lose sight of ourselves. All to the detriment of our work and our health. In this training you will learn to balance your energy. And so have more focus and attention.
What can you expect from this training?

First, we look at your beliefs and assumptions. We discover how these help or hinder you.

You discover the great influence of physical energy on your brain. You’ll do mindfulness exercises and immediately feel more relaxed.

Your plan
You create a personal energy work plan. You fill this in step by step during the training to bring more balance into your work and personal life.

Your environment
Learn how to arrange your environment well so that it energizes you. We also look at how to get a better grip on your work and your priorities in a workday .
What can you do after this training?
You experience more focus and peace in your work. This will prevent burnout or stress symptoms.
You have found balance between energy givers and energy guzzlers
You can apply techniques to stop fretting and procrastinating
You stand up for yourself better and are better at setting boundaries. You don’t get rushed so easily.
Your learning track
You only really learn something by doing it. Just by going for it. That is why we provide training in combination with on the job challenges. These are small hands-on assignments that initiate positive changes. So you immediately put into practice what you learn in the training.

You complete a digtial intake. The trainer will take your learning goals into consideration when preparing for the training.
Pre work
You already start at home or at work with an assignment. This will prepare you for the training.
