Everyone is busy. Or well, many Dutch people are busy. Almost 2.7 million workers face high work pressure. And stress is, according to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment, occupational disease number 1.

Being busy is addictive but unproductive and even unhealthy. With an information overload, tighter deadlines and less rest time, we lose sight of ourselves. All to the detriment of our work and our health. In this training you will learn to balance your energy. And so have more focus and attention.
