Deadlines, a high workload or unexpected setbacks can lead to stress or negative feelings. For instance, you may feel overwhelmed by a situation and not know how to keep your cool. Resilience is a muscle you can train in such challenging situations. This is how you become more resilient. And resilient!
All this makes you grow as a human being. And makes you relaxed but energetic in life – both at work and at home.
What can you expect from this training?

Recognize & accept
You become aware of what setbacks do to you physically and mentally. When is the pressure too high for you? And when can’t you change or control a situation? You’ll learn about the 4 questions in the face of adversity that help you be resilient.

Communicate
You get tools to communicate your feelings and needs. You also learn to communicate your needs proactively and professionally.

Reflect & learn
You reflect on how you dealt with a setback or change. This gives you new insights. You recognize your pitfalls and know what you want to learn or unlearn. This increases your self-awareness and self-confidence. This is how you build your resilience sustainably.

Practice conversations
You will apply the new tools in conversation with a training actor. You practice making your feelings negotiable. How can you proactively ask for help even when you don’t yet know exactly what you need?

Your learning track
You only really learn something by doing it. Just by going for it. That is why we provide training in combination with on the job challenges. These are small hands-on assignments that initiate positive changes. So you immediately put into practice what you learn in the training.
Intake
You complete a digtial intake. The trainer will take your learning goals into consideration when preparing for the training.
Pre work
You already start at home or at work with an assignment. This will prepare you for the training.
