Deadlines, a high workload or unexpected setbacks can lead to stress or negative feelings. For instance, you may feel overwhelmed by a situation and not know how to keep your cool. Resilience is a muscle you can train in such challenging situations. This is how you become more resilient. And resilient!

All this makes you grow as a human being. And makes you relaxed but energetic in life – both at work and at home.
