In this training you learn to choose where to spend your time. You learn to create peace and space for more ambitious (work) goals and dreams. How? By getting a grip on things in the here and now. How? With the practical GRIP approach to working smarter.

We developed the Time management & GRIP training together with Rick Pastoor, author of the book of the same name, which has sold more than 110,000 copies. For this, Rick took David Allen’s ‘Getting things done’ method as a starting point and made it easier to apply to work, using a more integral approach and more modern tools.
