What can you expect from this training?

I’m OK – You’re OK
The “I’m OK – You’re OK” model for coaching assumes the following: effective communication and positive relationships occur when both parties see themselves and each other as valuable. Find out what mindset fits a good coach.

Your behavior
You realize what your behavior means to your coachee and how it affects your relationship. You look back on a difficult work situation from the past, practice a coaching conversation and learn from that experience.

Listening
Listening well, summarizing and asking through? That takes attention, calm and focus. Throw your assumptions overboard. You apply this technique immediately in the “scale walking” work form. You become aware of where you are now as a coach and what steps you can take.

Practise
We believe in learning by doing. During the training you will apply the toolbox and practice with difficult situations from your work practice. There is room to make mistakes and to learn from them (together). You practice a coaching conversation with your trainer.

You leverage your unique approach and strengths as a coach
You can identify challenges or pain points in the other person and help them with an action plan.

You empathise, challenge, inspire and motivate change
Your learning track
You only really learn something by doing it. Just by going for it. That is why we provide training in combination with on the job challenges. These are small hands-on assignments that initiate positive changes. So you immediately put into practice what you learn in the training.
Intake
You complete a digtial intake. The trainer will take your learning goals into consideration when preparing for the training.
Pre work
You already start at home or at work with an assignment. This will prepare you for the training.
